Pregnancy Online Lesson

I recommend you start weekly lessons from 14 weeks. These lessons are suitable for both first-time and experienced Birthers.

The TIKKIE will arrive until the new system is active.

How does it work

  1. If you want to join me, you need to download Skype and send me the name you want to use. It is easier for me to invite you.
  2. You need to send me your mobile number, as I will need to bill you via ING or Tikki.
  3. Position yourself so I can see what you are doing.
  4. Turn off your microphone to block out any back ground noise.
  5. I will call you 10 – 5 minutes before the lesson starts.

If you want to book last-minute lessons, please do so half an hour before the lesson begins.
If you need to cancel a morning lesson, please do so until 23:00hrs the night before.
If you need to cancel a day lesson, please do so until 15:00hrs in the afternoon.

If it is any later, you will receive the famous Tikkie.

We will change over to Zoom and the method of payment will change to a system, whereby you can book and pay at the same time.


Be your own personal therapist and become finely attuned to the early warning signals from the doctor within.

Knowing the specific benefits to be achieved is more helpful than believing that exercise is good for me.
