Stretch Movement

Stretch Movement teaches you the strengths and weaknesses within your own body. In a group or one-to-one, you can learn to reduce pain, develop flexibility in the body/mind and restore your self.

Stretch Movement is a way to understand your own body. We all have aspects of our daily life we want to change. It could be the desire to move your back with confidence that it won’t ache by the evening. Or, the desire to relax your mind so that sleep comes more easily. In Stretch Movement you can find your way to these changes.

Therapy Sessions

Stretch therapy uses movement to transform specific issues with pain and inflexibility. Lillith uses a prescription of exercise to address your body’s particular need. She is experienced in working with people who are recovering from injury, ill health or giving birth; people who are managing a long term illness or chronic pain; and those wanting to overcome postural problems.


Where: Active Health Center or at your home.

Duration: 1.5 hours per session, frequency and number of sessions depends on what you are working on.

Fees: €95 per hour, bookings confirmed with deposit payment of €95.

The tradition of yoga was developed for a very different time and a very different daily life in the body. It cannot give us what we need. We are deeply materialised and hungry for spirit, we need to practice movement which develops transparency and meaning.
