Stretch Movement
Stretch Movement teaches you the strengths and weaknesses within your own body. In a group or one-to-one, you can learn to reduce pain, develop flexibility in the body/mind and restore your self.
Stretch Movement is a way to understand your own body. We all have aspects of our daily life we want to change. It could be the desire to move your back with confidence that it won’t ache by the evening. Or, the desire to relax your mind so that sleep comes more easily. In Stretch Movement you can find your way to these changes.

Therapy Sessions
Stretch therapy uses movement to transform specific issues with pain and inflexibility. I uses a prescription of exercise to address your body’s particular need. For example: recovery from injury or trauma, managing longtime illness or chronic pain, overcome postural problems, preparing for childbirth, dealing with postnatal difficulties.
